Self-Practice 4 Week Programme (May-Jun)
Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30am-8.30am (26 May-17 Jun)
Service Description
Self Practice / Mysore Programme (4 Weeks) The Self Practice Programme is a four-week container designed to support the development of a consistent, independent yoga practice. Rooted in traditional Mysore-style teaching, this programme combines self-directed practice with regular led classes to support rhythm, sequencing, and understanding. Students practise regularly, receive individual guidance, and deepen their relationship to practice through continuity rather than constant variation. The programme is offered in four-week blocks to encourage commitment, integration, and sustainable progress. Each 4-week programme includes: Two Mysore / Self Practice sessions per week Monday & Wednesday, 6:30–8:30am (students arrive and practise within this time window — there is no expectation to practise for the full two hours) Access to one weekly led classes per week from (Ashtanga, Lion Cub, Moon, Vinyasa) Access to the Q&A & Pranayama is also included. This will be sporadic therefore please email to book your spot which will be included in your pass - you will not be able to book this online with your pass. Students choose one sequence to focus on for the duration of the block. Led classes support this focus by developing familiarity with rhythm, breath, and structure, while Mysore sessions allow the practice to be explored at an individual pace. During Mysore sessions, individual adjustments, modifications, and guidance are offered. Teaching is tailored to each student, allowing the practice to function much like a private lesson within a small group setting. Spaces are limited to maintain a supportive learning environment and allow for personal attention. Price: £80 (4 weeks) Mysore drop-ins may be available at £15, subject to capacity.
